Task Force I: National Security Policy and Defence policy and Reform
Razumkov Center on economic and political researches was defined the leading non – governmental organization within the activity of this Task Force.
Task Force I: National Security Policy and Defence policy and Reform aims to strengthen the capacity, cohesion, and impact of Ukraine’s security community.
Spheres of interests and tasks within the Task Force I on National Security Policy and Defence policy and Reform include (national policy improvement, introduction of democratic principles for state management):

Security sector - military power, law enforcing bodies and special units;

Subject of their interaction – crisis management, logistics, democratic and civil control;

Ukraine’s security has to be considered as a regional and global security’s constituent;

Necessity of making up a dialogue between the bodies of state power and NGO’s;
-
Civic control over the military powers;
-
Construction mutual relations between civic sector, government, community and military powers;
